There may be more or less puppies than the # of deposits reserved. You may place a back up deposit if you wish for any number greater than what is listed.
There is no guarantee that a pregnancy will occur, this is after all nature. If a litter does not occur then you must request either return of deposit or a deferral if you say nothing we will do nothing please don't assume. Once you request a deferral you must fill out another puppy reservation form and you are placed on the new list where your deposit will treated under as a new deposit subject to the deposit guidelines.
*PRIVATE RESERVE is the exclusive pick of the litter. There is a premium for First choice, please add $700 to your purchase for the right to choose first. Due to the singular nature of being pick of the litter, if we provide you a litter of puppies to choose from, PRIVATE RESERVE may not defer and is non-refundable.
Purchase price is for a non reproducing puppy.
Depositors selections based upon a sex preference are not guaranteed. You may request a specific sex but deposits only cover your right to choose in the order you are on the list. You may defer if your preferred sex is not available. Please feel free to discuss this with me often folks have the wrong idea about why a particular sex is desirable.

Dog sizes are estimated or expected sizes there is no guarantee your dog will be a specific size.
Early depositors always receive quoted litter prices. Individual dogs not covered by deposits may be priced higher after the take home date. It is wrong to think that the best dogs always sell first. Prices and Terms subject to change except for depositors.
